Warmthotel

The Hotel Staff were very nice and helpful, it's location is not the nicest spot although it was close to an event being held that we attended to therefore it was perfect for us. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and had a nice bathroom with good water pressure and temperature for an enjoyable shower, we also had indoor slippers in the room which was a nice touch since i had forgotten mine :) The breakfast was really really good with sweet and salty options, the serving staff was also very nice and polite.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Warmt, we were thoroughly impressed by the immaculate condition of the property and the outstanding level of service. The cleanliness of the hotel is beyond reproach, with every corner sparkling and well-maintained, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. What made our stay particularly memorable was the incredible kindness of the staff, especially Bogdan. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always greeting us with a smile and eager to assist with any requests. His attention to detail and genuine care greatly enhanced our experience. The overall quality of services at Hotel Warmt is top-notch. From the seamless check-in process to the efficient housekeeping, every aspect of the hotel is designed to cater to the needs of its guests with excellence. I highly recommend Hotel Warmt to anyone visiting Rome, as it truly stands out for its pristine environment, friendly personnel, and exceptional service standards.

The staff is amazing. Bogdan from the reception was always kind and helpful. Everything is so clean. Every day was spotless.The rooms are warm. The lady preparing the coffee every morning is very skilled and nice.

That breakfast and shuttle service was included. The team made our stay amazing. Shuttle service was a massive help getting to the Metro station. I'd also recommend the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on the 5th floor! Thanks again for helping us with the late checkout during the Half Marathon!!! We all appreciate it!

The dining room staff members, Jessica, Eka and most especially Tresha were just so dedicated, professional and friendly throughout our stay. The chamber lady was very polite and supportive. The two young men at the reception on Monday 12/02/24 were just very nice and professional guys.
